I am Samuel Moregrace Edehighagba — a real estate developer, entrepreneur, author, and strategic speaker based in Ghana.
As the Founder and CEO of Samyaotse Company Limited , I have led residential and commercial development projects across the Volta Region, Tema, and Greater Accra, creating access to quality real estate opportunities in growing communities.
But my work extends beyond property. I believe true development is not only about the structures we build, but also the people we become. This belief shapes my work in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
